Dear Prospective Raiders,

Before you fill out an application and certainly before you receive a ginvite, there are a few things I need to make perfectly clear.

1) READ OUR WEBSITES. READ THE STICKIES. READ THE POLICIES. READ THE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.

2) Seclusion is a raiding guild, filled with raiders. Do not apply if you have little intention of showing up to raids, and showing up prepared. Expect to spend 100g in potions and repairs every raiding night. If you don't know what particular preparations you need to make for certain raids, then please ask we would rather you asked and were prepared than didnt ask and wasn't.

3) Specs. This means that your gear and skills should reflect the fact that you should be able to compete with people of the same class at DPS and overal damage and be able to "hold your own" in a long Boss fight. We are a PvE guild, not a PvP one. We are not concerned with whether or not you play PvP, it does not influence our decision that you have an amazing arena team rating or individual rating, as it is not what our guild is about.

4) Raid spots are limited. Yes we are a raiding guild but there are limits as to who can raid. Some of us have been playing together for a long time and therefore some people have had to make sacrifices in the raiding spots this means that on 25 man raids for example some people will have to be rotated as to let others of the same or similar class have a turn. You would not like it if you signed up for every raid then didnt get an invite so we work on a roation system to prevent it. It does not mean that you aren't any good it means that we are trying to be fair and have fun. It will be noticed if you voluntarily sit out for a more effective class/player and who maintain their availability for the evening, even if they are not called upon.

5) Loot. We work of a DKP system and loot is bidded upon regarding how much DKP you have, so if you are a new member you will have a lot less than someone that has been raiding for quite some time. However that does not mean that you will not recieve loot it means that you will have to earn it. There is a starting amount of 50 DKP and you will get more the more you raid. There are minimum bids on items depending on where the raid is and if it is 10 or 25 man loot. We don't care how badly you want something, odds are VERY good that there are 10 people who have put in more work than you and been here longer than you and also want it.
